Dear Stalked in Sturgeon Bay,

I’m concerned that you are confusing coincidence with something more devious. For example, Creepy Bob moved away due to the weather, not due to a court order. If he did end up in Oshkosh looking for warmer weather, he’s not that bright and we didn’t need him in the county anyway. If he ended up in Florida, he wouldn’t be the first Door County resident to do so.

As far as this other guy, I think your imagination (and dare I say paranoia?) is getting the better of you. We live in a tiny county. It is a dot on the map, not a huge metropolis. Therefore, it is not uncommon to run into somebody at the Pig, most especially if you just rolled out of bed, threw a hat on your head and convinced yourself that you won’t see anyone you know. And Fred and Fuzzy’s on a Tuesday night brings almost everyone out. Who doesn’t want to sit by the water, sip a beer and listen to live music?

Try not to worry about this man. He’s probably just another local. Try smiling and introducing yourself instead of contacting the CIA or the Sheriff.
