Master Cheesmaker at Liberty Square

Liberty Square of Egg Harbor will host celebrated Wisconsin “Master Cheesemaker” Steven Tollers at its Deli/Gourmet food store on August 14 and 15. Tollers will appear on Saturday from 11 am – 4 pm and Sunday from 10 am – 2 pm.

Door County cheese experts Eunice and Larry Manz will also be on deck to welcome Tollers and to assist him in discussing and presenting his products.

“Steven Tollers epitomizes the incredible developments in Wisconsin cheese making which have drawn international attention to the leadership role our state is playing in high quality and innovative cheese production,” said Pam Wegner Liberty Square’s retail manager.

Tollers is a certified Master Cheesemaker in four very popular cheeses: Cheddar, Colby (a Wisconsin original), Mozzarella, and Provolone. All these flavors will be available for tasting at the event. Tollers will also provide samples of his award winning string cheese that recently garnered a Blue Ribbon at The Wisconsin State Fair.
