MDC Panel Features Women in Male-Dominated Careers

In honor of Women’s History Month, Mentor Door County (MDC) will present a virtual panel discussion featuring four prominent Door County women March 28, 4-5:30 pm. This Zoom event is geared toward women in northeast Wisconsin who live, learn and/or work in historically male-dominated spaces. 

The featured panelists include women with leadership experience in fields including business, engineering, financial services, health care administration, higher-education administration and optometry who will discuss their challenges, barriers, opportunities, strategies and the ways in which they’ve strived to support others. The panel will conclude with a Q&A session. 

MDC co-chair Eleanore Scheer will facilitate the discussion. She’s a Door County native who’s working on her doctorate in medical systems engineering at the University of Virginia.
