Meadows Gallery Hosts Scand Family and Friends

The Meadows Art Gallery has begun its eighth season with Scand Family and Friends, an exhibit that features people and artists who have a special connection to Scandia Village. The show is open now and will close Feb. 14. Refreshments will be served at a reception Jan. 25, 3-5 pm.

The exhibit highlights traditional art forms, textiles, photography, mixed media and more, and it displays 115 pieces by 24 artists, whose ages range from 20 to 103. The exhibiting artists are Frannie Dickinson, Beverly Hart-Branson, Barbara Larson, Anita Beckstrom, Florence Thoms, Vivian Hannan, Jeannette Reda, Erl Sandstrom, Dianne Saron, Ann Glabe, Carolyn O’Donnell, Danyelle Johnson, Virginia Henz, Arlene Stanger, Steven Stanger, Pat Smith, Brigitte Kozma, Cynthia Oliver, Lori Wier, Samantha Beutel, Ernest Beutel, Robert Seiler, Jane Maufort and Tom Seagard.

The Meadows Art Gallery, in Sister Bay’s Scandia Retirement Village, is open daily, 10 am – 5 pm.
