Mentor Door County Launches Pilot Program to Support Women

Mentor Door County (MDC) has launched a pilot program to support and advance women ages 18-30 through educational opportunities, career development, networking events, podcasts, group discussions and one-to-one mentoring. The MDC Advisory Team and its tribe of mentors will share their knowledge and experience with young women who live in or have ties to Door County, and seek to encourage them to tap into their individual strengths while developing supportive mentoring relationships. 

A Choose Your Own Path Zoom-O-Rama is planned for young adult women and graduating high school seniors Aug. 4, 6:30 pm, with breakout sessions starting at 7 pm. Participants will receive tips about navigating their own successful path in a judgment-free setting with seasoned female leaders from all backgrounds mediating the discussions.To learn more about MDC or participate in the Choose Your Own Path event as a mentor or mentee, visit Mentor Door County on Facebook or Instagram.
