Michelle Sternard Promoted to Assistant Vice President at Baylake Bank

Sternard has more than 13 years of experience at Baylake Bank covering lending, credit analysis and commercial portfolio management. She is a two-year recipient of the Pinnacle of Excellence Award, nominated by the Baylake Bank Senior Management Team and was recognized for exceptional sales and service performance, achievement of results, and a proven track record of customer excellence.
