Midsummer’s Music Festival Welcomes Summer Intern

Midsummer’s Music Festival is pleased to welcome Brittany Sebetic as their summer intern. Sebetic, a native of Kenosha, Wisconsin, has been a summer resident of Door County for 19 years. She is a Music Education Major at Carthage College and has been performing on the clarinet for ten years.

“We’re happy to have Brittany join us for the June and July concert series,” explains Kathleen Pearson, executive director. “Not only will she be an asset as our administrative assistant, she’ll be available to work with Jim Berkenstock, president and artistic director, when needed.”

“Joining Midsummer’s Music Festival is a dream job for me,” says Sebetic. “I’m looking forward to learning how Midsummer’s operates ‘behind-the-scenes’ and to meet and assist the musicians under the direction of Jim Berkenstock. This is a wonderful opportunity to further my knowledge of the world of music.”
