Milligan Culinary Weekend

Door County chef Terri Milligan is lending her culinary expertise to guests of The Eagle Harbor Inn. Her “Door County Autumn Locavore” Culinary Weekend is slated for the weekend of Oct. 24 – 25.

Individuals stay at Ephraim’s Eagle Harbor Inn. Culinary weekend participants will work hands-on in the inn’s kitchen to create a meal featuring Door County autumn produce. The class is followed by a private dinner with culinary weekend participants and Chef Milligan at Eagle Harbor Inn.

“Culinary vacations are becoming more and more popular in resort areas. Although Door County offers a variety of cooking classes, there were no hotels or bed and breakfasts that offer culinary vacations directly on their properties,” explained Milligan. “Having a culinary program right on the hotel’s property allows guests to enjoy the culinary experience for an entire weekend. Plus, with only eight people in the class, I have the ability to work very closely with the culinary weekend guests.”

Culinary weekend participants will also enjoy a private Friday evening reception with Chef Milligan at Eagle Harbor Inn, plus a Saturday morning tour to some of Chef Milligan’s favorite culinary destinations.
