Miss Door County Organization Seeks Contestants, Sponsors

The Miss Door County Scholarship Organization is seeking the next titleholders to serve the peninsula, earn college scholarships and represent Door County in the Miss Wisconsin Scholarship Competition in June 2022.

Women ages 18-26 may compete for the title of Miss Door County 2022, and ages 13-18 may compete for the title of Miss Door County’s Outstanding Teen 2022. Interested candidates must also live, work or go to school full time in Door County. Areas of competition include a private interview, artist expression in talent, on-stage interview and social-impact pitch, and red-carpet/evening gown event. 

The competition is returning thanks to its new executive director, Kimberly Sawyer, who served as Miss Door County 2008 and Miss Wisconsin 2010, and represented Door County on the Miss America stage in 2011.
