Mojo Rosa’s Taps Limited Release Ciders for Charity

Mojo Rosa’s in Egg Harbor will team up with one Door County non-profit to host a Beer Pairing Party for Charity. On Feb. 9 at 5 pm, “Prepare to Die,” Crispin’s Apple Hard and “As You Wish,” Fox Barrel’s Pear Hard Cider, will be tapped. These two draught-only ciders are in limited release and Mojo Rosa’s will be the first to tap in Wisconsin.

Katie Stroo of the Crispin Cider Company will host the event. The dinner will consist of two small plate choices, dessert, and a cider. Reservations are helpful.

With each dinner sold, a portion of the proceeds will go to Mojo’s owner Kim Jensen and Mary Jo’s Charity of Choice for the month. After the tapping party, fifty cents from each cider sold will also be donated.
