Moonbird Welcomes Artist Bettina Madini July 5-6

Moonbird, 12044 Hwy 42 in Ellison Bay, will host a reception for artist and designer Bettina Madini (bettinamadini.com/works) July 5, 2-5 pm; and July 6, 10 am – 4 pm. Her work includes handmade and painted silk and felted-wool scarves, silk paintings, acrylic and watercolors on canvas, and vibrant, nature-inspired yoga/legging pants that are printed with her artwork.

Madini studied fine art in Luxembourg at the École d’Art Contemporain with Jean-Marc Tosello, and in New York City at the National Academy of Fine Art and Design. She’s lived and worked in the Midwest since 2004.
