Movies That Matters Screens ‘The Better Life’

The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County’s Racial Justice Action Team will continue its Movies That Matter series at the UU Fellowship on April 16, 4:30 pm, with The Better Life. It’s a moving film about an illegal Mexican immigrant father in East L.A. who struggles to protect his son from gangs and immigration agents while he strives to give him the opportunities he never had.The Movies That Matter series examines a wide range of issues, and a discussion follows the free screenings.
