Municipal Meetings: April 28 – May 5

DOOR COUNTY

City of Sturgeon Bay: The common council meets at noon on May 2.

County of Door: The Highway Safety Commission meets at 9 am on May 4. The Resource Planning Committee meets at 2 pm on May 4.

Town of Baileys Harbor: The assessment roll for the Town of Baileys Harbor for the year 2017 assessment will be open for examination on Saturday, May 13, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. Appointments for Open Book should be made with Action Appraisers and Assessors at 888.796.0603. Open Book will be held at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall meeting room at 2392 County Road F. Board of Review has been scheduled for Thursday, June 8, at 6 pm.

Town of Gibraltar: The town board meets at 7 pm on May 3.

Town of Jacksonport: A public forum on work planned for County A is May 3 at 5 pm. The project will begin at County V and continue north approximately five miles to County E. A short presentation of the County A resurfacing project will be provided by representatives of the consulting firm of Ayres Associates at 5:15 pm. Informal discussions will follow the presentation to discuss individual concerns regarding the project. All interested persons are invited to attend.

Town of Liberty Grove: The Highway Committee meets at 8 am on May 1. The town board meets at 7 pm on May 3.

Town of Sturgeon Bay: The town board meets at 7 pm on May 1.

Village of Egg Harbor: The Parks & Public Works Committee meets at 8:30 am on May 3.

Village of Sister Bay: The Parks Committee meets at 2:30 pm on May 3.

KEWAUNEE COUNTY

City of Algoma: The common council meets at 6 pm on May 1.

County of Kewaunee: The Highway Committee meets at 8:45 am on May 3.

Town of Red River: The Plan Commission meets at 7:30 pm on May 3.

Village of Luxemburg: Snowplowing bids for the 2017-18 season will be accepted through June 30. Bids should include an hourly rate for equipment and operator, sand and/or salt application, and all-inclusive rate per mile.
