DOOR COUNTY

City of Sturgeon Bay: The Finance/Purchasing & Building Committee meets at 4 pm on July 12.

Town of Brussels: The town board meets at 7 pm on July 12.

Town of Clay Banks: The town board meets at 6 pm on July 14.

Town of Egg Harbor: The Plan Commission meets at 6 pm on July 11.

Town of Forestville: The town board meets at 7 pm on July 13.

Town of Gardner: The town board meets at 6:30 pm on July 13. The town will host the Door County unit of the Wisconsin Towns Association at 7 pm on July 14 at Rite’s Cove, 2733 Bay Road, Brussels.

Town of Jacksonport: Jacksonport is seeking a full- or part-time resident to fill a two-year volunteer position on the seven-member Parks Committee. If interested, submit an application consisting of a one-page letter of interest stating why you would like to serve and a second page stating your qualifications, curriculum vitae or experience relative to this position, to Town Chair Randy Halstead at Town of Jacksonport, 3365 County V, Sturgeon Bay, Wis. 54235. Your application must be in the office of the Town Clerk no later than Monday, July 18, 2016. Sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk for the Town of Jacksonport at the Jacksonport Town Hall, 3365 Cty Rd V, Sturgeon Bay, WI, until 2 pm on the July 26, 2016, for the sale of the single family three bedroom home commonly referred to as the “Koulias House.” The home is located at 6282 Hwy. 57, in the Town of Jacksonport and must be moved off the property no later than Dec. 1, 2016. All bids received will be publicly opened at a properly noticed meeting of the town board. Each bid must contain the full name or names of the party or parties making the bid. Proposals shall be submitted in the bidder’s own sealed envelope and shall be marked “Offer to Purchase the Koulias House.” A deposit must accompany the bid. This amount must be by check, and is non-refundable to the successful bidder. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. Town of Liberty Grove: The Parks & Property Committee meets at 9 am on July 12. The Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Library board meets at 1 pm on July 12. The Economic Development Committee meets at 7 pm on July 12.

Village of Egg Harbor: The Library Ad-Hoc Committee meets at 1 pm on July 11. The village board meets at 6 pm on July 11.

Village of Ephraim: The village board meets at 7 pm on July 12.

KEWAUNEE COUNTY

City of Kewaunee: The City of Kewaunee is selling 16 surplus docks. They are approximately 17’ long by 3’ wide. The docks have not been used in several years and are being sold in “as-is” condition. Minimum bid is $50 per dock. Bid forms are available at cityofkewaunee.org and must include the price to be paid per dock and the number of docks the bidder intends to purchase. Incomplete bid forms will be disqualified. Bids must be sealed and received at City of Kewaunee, Attn: Dock Bids, 401 Fifth Street, Kewaunee, WI 54216 no later than 2 pm on July 11, 2016. Immediately thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Call City Hall at 920.388.5000 to schedule an appointment for inspection of the docks, if necessary. Buyers are required to pay for and remove any docks awarded no later than July 14, 2016. The City of Kewaunee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid.

The Common Council meets at 7 pm on July 11.
