Municipal Meetings: Nov. 10 – 18

DOOR COUNTY

City of Sturgeon Bay: The common council meets at noon on Nov. 15. The Plan Commission meets at 7 am on Nov. 16.

County of Door: The Law Enforcement Committee meets at 10:30 am on Nov. 14. The EMS Committee meets at noon on Nov. 14. A joint meeting of the Administrative and Finance committees will be held at 2 pm, followed by a Finance Committee meeting. The Board of Health meets at 4 pm on Nov. 14. The county board holds its budget hearing and meeting at 9 am on Nov. 15, to continue on the 16th if necessary. The Land Conservation Committee meets at 8:30 am on Nov. 17. The Resource Planning Committee meets at 2 pm on Nov. 17. The Senior Services Advisory Committee meets at 9 am on Nov. 18.

Town of Egg Harbor: The Plan Commission meets at 6 pm on Nov. 14.

Town of Forestville: A budget hearing will be held at 7 pm on Nov. 15. The proposed budget can be examined at the clerk’s residence by appointment (920.856.6551) or online at forestvilletown.com.

Town of Gibraltar: The Harbor Commission meets at 7:30 am on Nov. 16. The Airport Commission meets at 9 am on Nov. 17.

Town of Jacksonport: The Plan Commission meets at 8 am on Nov. 14. A public budget hearing and vote on the Koulias home will be held at 7 pm on Nov. 15. If you would like to see the Koulias house before the Nov. 15 vote on the resolution authorizing the town board to dispose of it, stop in Saturday, Nov. 12, between 10 am and 2 pm to see it. Bring a rake, shovel and your work gloves if you would like to help move mulch.

Town of Nasewaupee: A public hearing on the town budget will be held at 6:30 pm on Nov. 17. The proposed budget detail is available for inspection at the clerk’s office by appointment; contact Jill M. Lau, town clerk at 920.495.0920.

Town of Union: A public hearing on the proposed 2017 budget will be held at 6:30 pm on Nov. 15. The budget is available for inspection at the clerk’s resident by appointment, 920.825.7569.

Village of Egg Harbor: The Utility Committee meets at 10 am on Nov. 16. The Joint Fire Commission meets at 7 pm on Nov. 17.

Village of Forestville: The Planning Commission meets at 5:30 pm on Nov. 17, followed by a village board meeting.

Village of Sister Bay: The Utilities Committee meets at 7:30 am on Nov. 15. The village board meets at 6 pm on Nov. 16.

KEWAUNEE COUNTY

City of Algoma: The Marina Committee meets at 5 pm on Nov. 15. The Utility Committee meets at 5 pm on Nov. 16. The Finance/Personnel Committee meets at 8:30 am on Nov. 17.

City of Kewaunee: The Finance Committee meets at 6 pm on Nov. 14, followed by the common council at 7 pm.

County of Kewaunee: The Health, Veterans and Child Support Committee meets at noon on Nov. 15. The Personnel Committee meets at noon on Nov. 16. The Groundwater Task Force meets at 1 pm on Nov. 16. The Highway/Solid Waste Committee meets at 8:45 am on Nov. 17.
