In order to set a 10- to 15-minute appointment, call Action Appraisers at 888.796. 0603. Appraisers will be visiting properties where no appointment is scheduled. Absentee owners should inform their tenants of the impending visit and inspection.
When all assessments are complete, a “Notice of Assessments” will be sent to all property owners, informing them of their new assessments. An “Open Book” conference will be held to give all property owners a chance to get questions answered and iron out any differences of opinion that may exist.
