City of Sturgeon Bay: The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing in the council chambers at noon on Jan. 12 regarding a request from Jim Olson Chrysler for a variance on the municipal code that requires impervious surfaces not to exceed 70 percent of the total lot area. The request is to divide the parcel into two separate lots for future development of a Ford dealership, which would create an impervious surface ratio of 78 percent in the Chrysler lot and 71.34 percent in the Ford lot.
