Municipal News: Oct. 23

City of Sturgeon Bay: The Community Protection & Services Committee meets at 4:30 pm on Oct. 26. The Finance/Purchasing & Building Committee meets at 4 pm on Oct. 27. The Police & Fire Commission meets at 2 pm on Oct. 28. The Parks & Recreation Committee meets at 4 pm on Oct. 28.

County of Door: The Board of Adjustment meets at 6:30 pm on Oct. 26 and 27. The County Board meets at 9 am on Oct. 27. A public education/discussion on planning and zoning issues will be held by the Door County Planning Dept., in the Chambers Room of the Door County Government Center from 5:30-7:30 pm on Oct. 29. Discussion will include recently adopted regulations regarding communication towers; shoreland zoning changes; the county hazard mitigation plan; and an open Q&A on county zoning.

Town of Gibraltar: The Plan Commission meets at 7 pm on Oct. 27.

Town of Jacksonport: The town board meets at 7 pm on Oct. 27.

Town of Sevastopol: The town board meets at 7 pm on Oct. 26.

Village of Egg Harbor: The Plan Commission meets at 6 pm on Oct. 27. The Harbor Committee meets at 10 am on Oct. 28.

Village of Sister Bay: The Plan Commission meets at 5:30 pm on Oct. 27.
