Music & Arts School of Door County Kicks Off Salsa Series

The Music & Arts School of Door County will host a Beginner Salsa Series of workshops beginning Nov. 7. Partners are not required to participate.

The series will consist of four progressive group lessons, held every Monday at 7:30 pm for four weeks. Each class will be one hour long. Taught by Door County-based Dance Instructor and Salsero Jeff Robison (J-Ro), the Beginner Salsa Series will cover steps, patterns, turns, styling, shines and the principles of lead and follow.

J-Ro has been involved in music and dance since he was a child. He has taught or danced in various parts of the U.S. as well as Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.
