National Guard COVID-19 Testing Sites Return Monday

Door County is partnering with the Wisconsin National Guard to offer free COVID-19 testing for the community on a weekly recurring basis each Monday through March 8, from 8 am – 4 pm.
The location of the testing site rotates each week between a northern and a central site. The northern site will be located at the Sister Bay Fire Station 2258 Mill Road Sister Bay. The central site will be located at the Door County EMS facility 916 N 14th Ave Sturgeon Bay.
Testing will take place at the Sister Bay site are Jan. 4, Feb. 1, and March 1. Testing will take place in Sturgeon Bay Jan. 11, Jan. 25, Feb. 8, Feb. 22, and March 8. Testing will not take place Jan. 18 or Feb. 15 due to national holidays.
The public is encouraged to visit https://register.covidconnect.wi.gov to pre-register, but are not required to do so.
This is a drive-thru testing site and anyone getting tested must stay in their vehicle. A nasal swab will be used to collect a sample by a uniformed member of the Wisconsin National Guard. Testing will be done on a first come first serve basis and will not be operating outside of the scheduled times.
