National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help Announces Mass Schedule

The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help is ready to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ this Christmas and has announced the mass schedule and other holiday activities.

The Christmas schedule includes the Novena for the Nativity of Our Lord (daily prayers are emailed to participants; sign up online; Dec. 17-25); Midnight Mass with group rosary (Dec. 24, 11:30 pm); Christmas Day masses (Dec. 25, 8:30 am and 11 am) with a rosary (10:30 am).

“This Advent, we welcome all of our neighbors, fellow Catholics and Christians to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ with us at the Shrine,” said Fr. John Broussard, rector of the shrine. “The Shrine is delighted to offer these holiday celebrations, which express the great and awesome gifts of our God.”

Leading up to Christmas, the Shrine will once again take part in the Order of Malta Food Drive for the Hungry, with freewill monetary and food donations collected throughout December for the Giving Tree and Paul’s Pantry.

The National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help is located at 4047 Chapel Drive, Champion. For more information, visit ShrineOfOurLadyOfGoodHelp.com.
