Nature’s Glory Reception at Edgewood Gallery

Edgewood Orchard Galleries will be hosting a Memorial Day Weekend Reception on Saturday, May 28 from 4 – 7 pm to introduce the artists and artwork included in the current group exhibit titled “Nature’s Glory.” Refreshments will be served, and the public is welcome. Artists will be introduced at 5 pm in the gallery courtyard and remark on their artwork.

In addition to the “Nature’s Glory” show, the work of two favorite Edgewood Orchard artists will be featured – Door County painter Judi Ekholm and jeweler Marcia McDonough. A collection of new paintings by Ekholm is featured in the Courtyard Gallery, with a combination of her classic larger paintings as well as a number of smaller works. She will be demonstrating her painting techniques on Sunday, May 29 from 1 – 3 pm. Refreshments will be served and questions are welcomed.

California jeweler Marcia McDonough will also answer questions about her beautiful and uniquely interchangeable jewelry designs. Personal appointments to meet McDonough during Memorial Day weekend are available; call the gallery for more information and available appointment times.

The “Nature’s Glory” show will be on display through June 7.
