Need Help Writing Grants?

The Door County Community Foundation, The Raibrook Foundation, and United Way of Door County present the latest in their nonprofit education series – Grant Writing – on March 5 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Sturgeon Bay.

This training is appropriate for nonprofit board members, volunteers, and staff. Topics to be covered include: writing grants, tips and tricks to better grant writing, language hints and effective words, importance of attention to details and more.

The guest speaker is Jenna Stone, director of corporate, foundation and sponsored research support at Lawrence University in Appleton. Registration and refreshments begin at 8 am, and the workshop is from 8:30 to 11:45 am.
