Neighbor to Neighbor Receives Tech Grant

The Mike & Marge McCoy Family Foundation, a fund with the Door County Community Foundation, Inc., has awarded a technology grant to Neighbor to Neighbor to support technology upgrades through the purchase of computer equipment, software, a tablet, digital camera, and cell phone. These technology upgrades will allow for streamlining of processes, full use of office volunteers, and the most efficient use of Neighbor to Neighbor resources. Neighbor to Neighbor is a local nonprofit organization that provides short-term medical equipment loans for people of all ages, peer companions for homebound elderly or disabled individuals, respite care for primary caregivers, and the Lemonade Club, a cancer survivor support group.
