New Book Club at Tea Thyme

Tea Thyme invites readers to delve into one British novel a month and discuss the book over tea and scones with friends – new and old – as part of their book club.

February’s selection is Death by Darjeeling by Laura Childs. In the novel, a man is poisoned by tea, and the protagonist Thea is the prime suspect. To prove her innocence she has to track down the real killer. The novel is just the right blend of cozy fun and clever plotting.

The first meeting takes place Feb. 2 at 11 am. Meet fellow book club members in the Tea Thyme Tea Room and pick up the book or bring your own copy. The discussion meeting will then be Feb. 28 at 3 pm. Talk through the surprises and confusions over a warm cup of tea after finishing the book.
