New Day of the Dead Exhibit at Link Gallery

Door Community Auditorium (DCA) continues to offer programming throughout November, including a new Day of the Dead exhibit in The Link Gallery of Children’s Art.

On Nov. 3, The Link Gallery of Children’s Art opened a new exhibit titled Learning About Dia de los Muertos: Day of the Dead. The exhibit contains artwork by students in grades 5-11 who learned about the Mexican traditions surrounding of the Day of the Dead. Students took inspiration from the artistic style of Day of the Dead to create art representing these traditions and honoring their loved ones who have passed away.

The exhibit will be open to the public whenever DCA is open: from 12 to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 12 pm until showtime on days of DCA shows.
