New Hire to Advance YMCA’s Mission

The Door County YMCA has hired Brett Cleveland as its new mission advancement executive. He has been with the organization since 2021, most recently as its member engagement executive, overseeing membership, marketing and community outreach. 

During his tenure, Cleveland has helped the YMCA to reopen following the pandemic, serve members in new and innovative ways, complete a strategic plan to guide the organization for the next five years, close the capital campaign, navigate the construction process while remaining open and, most recently, reach 10,000 members.
