New Sister Bay Apartment Complex Holding Open House

Premier Real Estate Management LLC of Brookfield, Wis., is holding an open house Memorial Day Weekend for its first property in northern Door.

Niagara Ridge – named for the Niagara Escarpment which forms Door County – consists of 36 luxury apartment units on N. Highland Drive in Sister Bay. The complex has three buildings and as of Memorial Day, two of those buildings will be available for rent. All units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and range from 1,120 to 1,200 square feet.

All units have a private entrance, attached garage, patio or balcony, electric fireplace, plentiful storage, and full-size washer and dryer in-unit. Designer finishes include granite countertops, custom cabinetry with glazing, premium stainless steel appliance package, wood-look flooring, vessel sinks in bathrooms, cream painted wood-work package, and oil rubbed bronze lighting fixtures.

“Units above garages are split two bedrooms,” said Premier Regional Manager Randy Leamer. “You walk in and you have a bedroom and full bath on one side, a living room, dining room and kitchen in the center, and another bedroom and full bath on the other side, which works for a vacation home to share with someone.”

Among the 700 units Leamer is responsible for in northeast Wisconsin all the way down to Port Washington, six apartment complexes are in Sturgeon Bay, but this is a first for northern Door.

“This is one of the higher end complexes we have,” he said. “We have gotten a lot of interest from people who want a summer home in Door County. With a summer home, you have to have someone take care of it the rest of the year. We have on-site management who can take care of it. We can go in with their permission to keep an eye on things.”

A thin layer of concrete in the floor helps dampen noise between upper and lower units.

These units are available for lease for $1,150-$1,200 per month, with a one-year lease commitment. Premier Real Estate Management has onsite management and maintenance staff to quickly address your needs.
