New Subdivision Being Designed in Sturgeon Bay

The Sturgeon Bay Common Council gave final approval Tuesday to hire Stantec for $58,000 for engineering and surveying services on 5.5 acres of city-owned property on the west side to develop affordable, single-family housing. The land fronts the west side of South Hudson Avenue and the south ends of South Fulton and South Geneva avenues.

The guidelines for Stantec from the city are to design a subdivision with homes in the $250,000-$300,000 price range.
