    Cheesemaker Chris Renard of Renard’s Cheese recently earned his Master Cheesemaker Certification in both cheddar and mozzarella cheese. The Master Cheesemaker Program is a rigorous course of study that requires a minimum of 10 years of licensed cheese making experience before one can even be considered for admittance.

    The Minneapolis-based Target Corp. announced in a Jan. 10 press release that the recent “data breach” of customers’ credit and debit cards “includes names, mailing addresses, phone numbers or email addresses for up to 70 million individuals,” making it the largest such breach in U.
