The Arroyo Bay Grill opened in mid-May with a fresh paint job, a new porch and a big menu. “We have the basic sandwiches, but what makes us different is the wood-fired meat,” said Nino Jauregui, one of the restaurant owners.

Parallel 44 Opens Door County Winery – Door 44
Parallel 44 Vineyard & Winery will open a second location on the outskirts of Sturgeon Bay just in time for the start of the summer. It will be called Door 44 Winery and, interestingly, this second winery is also on the 44th parallel, the northern latitude that inspired the original winery’s name and is shared by the storied wine regions of Bordeaux, France and Tuscany, Italy, with one big difference – the vines at Parallel 44 endure sub-zero temperatures.
