Sister Bay Optimistic about Construction
The timeline for Sister Bay’s yearlong construction project is on track. Construction throughout downtown Sister Bay will begin shortly after the 4th of July and last through the following May.

The Gibraltar High School golf ream recently won the Packerland Conference title. This is Coach Matt Meacham’s first Conference win. Three Gibraltar golfers earned First Team All-Conference: Sam Higginbotham, Grant Heiman and Matt Anderson.

Kitchens lauded the Joint Finance Committee (JFC) after its memebers voted to adopt two of his budget motions that restored funding to programs of great import in the First Assembly District, as well as JFC’s decision to reject Governor Walker’s proposals that would have significantly altered Wisconsin’s long-term care programs.

Sister Bay Finance Director Retires
Juliana Neuman appeared for the last time as finance director for the village of Sister Bay at the May 19 meeting of the village board of trustees.
“I’d like to thank the board, and actually past boards for this job I have had with the village,” she said at the meeting.
