Noble House Museum Opens for Season

Douglas C. Blahnik welcomes visitors to Fish Creek’s Noble House.

The Alexander Noble House Museum is open for the season, Tuesday through Sunday from 12 – 5 pm. A costumed guide will assist visitors as they step back in time to a Fish Creek home of the late 1800s. Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children.

The new Gibraltar Historical Association Education Center, adjacent to the museum, will be open to the public on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 – 3 pm during the summer months.

The Gibraltar Historical Association also provides free, guided Historical Walking Tours from June 23 to September 3. Barbara McKesson will guide Wednesday tours of downtown buildings from 2 – 3:15 pm and Ron Dammon will guide Friday tours of churches and hotels from 10 am – 11:15 am. All tours begin at the Gibraltar’s Old Town Hall across from Clark Park and end at Noble House at the corner of Main Street and Hwy. 42.
