Nominations for “Superheroes of Medicine” Sought

The Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation seeks nominations of physicians to recognize as “Superheroes of Medicine.”

“We’re interested in hearing stories from patients with life-limiting or life-threatening medical conditions whose physicians took life-changing measures to heal them or save their lives,” said Foundation executive director Eileen Wilson.

Nominations are due Feb. 14. Forms are available at wisconsinmedicalsociety.org/about-us/foundation/events or contact Heather Sonley at 608.442.3756.

Winners and the patients who nominated them will be honored at the foundation’s Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction April 25 at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison.
