Northern Sky Theater’s Summer-Season Lineup

Northern Sky’s summer season comprises three musical comedies playing in rotating repertory from June 12 through August 24 at the outdoor amphitheater in Peninsula State Park.

Returning company members include Corrie Beula Kovacs, Alex Campea, Doug Clemons, Lachrisa Grandberry, Fred “Doc” Heide, Jeff Herbst, Doug Mancheski, Molly Rhode, Isaiah Spetz, Chase Stoeger and Bill Theisen.

New to the Northern Sky stage will be local Gibraltar high school student Hayden Hoffman, playing the role of Boyo in Windjammers. Joining him will be four new interns: Emily Brandt, Mari Duckler, Mikayla Locke and Jamie Mercado. Brandt and Mercado will portray Jan and Kay in We Like It Where? Duckler, Locke and Mercado will appear in Windjammers as Edwina, Tilly and Nancy.

Tickets are $22 for adults, $11 for students and $7 for children 12 and younger. Reserved seats are $8 more per ticket. No park sticker is required to attend performances in the state park.
