NWTC in Sturgeon Bay Offers Women’s Self-Defense Classes

NWTC, 229 N. 14th Ave. in Sturgeon Bay, will host women’s self-defense training June 7, 14 and 21, 5:30-8:30 pm. Participants will increase self-awareness; develop a plan of action; build self-defense skills through nonviolent postures, verbalization and active countermeasures; learn to navigate vulnerable situations; and demonstrate learned skills in a dynamic simulation.
