NWTC Offers Employee Motivation and Retention Workshop

The NWTC Learning and Innovation Center in Sister Bay is offering the two-part Employee Motivation and Retention: Midseason and Beyond workshop on Aug. 28 and 29, 8:30-9:30 am. Participants will learn about and discuss strategies to motivate summer workers, retain current employees and recruit for next year’s tourist season. Employers may split the sessions between two staff members. Michael Reisenauer will teach the courses. The cost is $20. To register, call 920.746.4970.
