Obituary: FRANCES JACQUELINE BAGLEY

DECEMBER 13, 1941-MARCH 7,2022

Mrs. Frances Bagley of Sturgeon Bay died unexpectedly Monday, March 7, 2022 in Kissimmee, FL. She was 80 years old.

Born in Milwaukee on December 13, 1941 to Frank and Wanda Wisniewski. Frances graduated from Washington High School in Milwaukee. She earned a degree as a Paralegal from Lake Shore Technical College. She and her husband, Keith C. Bagley were united on November 4, 1967, they enjoyed 54 years of marriage.

Frances was a legal secretary at Levy & Levy in Cedarburg, a paralegal at Johnson Controls in Glendale and retired as a paralegal from Pinkert Law Firm in Sturgeon Bay. After retiring Frances was a volunteer at the Maritime Museum in Sturgeon Bay. She enjoyed sailing, crocheting, flowers, baking, winters in Florida and time with family and friends. She was active in Daughters of the Nile, Order of Eastern Star and the Red Hat Society.

She was preceded in death by her parents Frank & Wanda Wisniewski and sister Florence Wisniewski. She is survived by husband Keith C. Bagley of Sturgeon Bay, son Keith E. Bagley (Kandi) of Waldo, daughter Kim Bagley of Belgium, grandchildren KC & Anabelle, brother Floyd Wisniewski of Sturgeon Bay and other extended family and friends.

Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home in Florida handled the cremation. Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Masonic Lodge: 31 S. 3rd Ave., Sturgeon Bay, WI.
