Obituary: Gary Raymond Hartl

Gary Raymond Hartl, 72, of Sturgeon Bay, died on March 14, 2020, at Door County Medical Center. He was born in Sturgeon Bay on March 4, 1948 to Raymond and Marion (Skippon) Hartl. For most of his life, Gary worked as a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by a daughter, Stephane Hartl and her husband Thomas Presser; 2 grandchildren, Liam and Ella Presser; 3 siblings: Sally LeCloux, Debra (Gerard) Ratajczak, and Gregory (Lisa) Hartl; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Ralph LeCloux.

According to Gary’s wishes no formal services will be conducted. May he rest in peace. Forbes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
