He was born in Sturgeon Bay to Lincoln and Mathilda (Peschel) Larson. After graduating from Sturgeon Bay High School, he enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country for three years before his honorable discharge in 1959.

Glenn worked as the tool-room manager at Bay Shipbuilding for many years, and in his retirement, he worked as a produce manager at Red Owl and Super Valu. Glenn was a loving family man with a well-developed sense of humor. He was a master of all and jack of all trades, making him the hardworking handyman many knew him as.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, “Trudy”; sisters, Hazel Larson and Delores Evenson; and brother, Doug Larson.

A memorial service to honor Glenn’s life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 15, 11 am, at Huehns Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay, with Rev. Dr. Matthew R. Knapp Sr. of Sturgeon Bay Moravian Church officiating.

Visitation will precede, 9:30-11 am, at the funeral home.
