Obituary: John A. “Chip” Brann

John A. “Chip” Brann, 62, from Algoma, Wisconsin passed away on February 4th, 2016 at the Algoma Long Term Care Unit.

He was born on November 12th, 1953 to Gordon and Alice (Lundquist) Brann.

He lived in Baileys Harbor until he moved to Sturgeon Bay in 1981. Health challenges brought about his move to the Algoma Long Term Care Unit in April, 2013.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by siblings Charles (Grayce) of Sturgeon Bay and Mary Alyce of Sturgeon Bay. Also surviving him is a nephew, Jeffrey (Kaya) of Green Bay and a niece, Kristin (Matt) Tassoul of Brussels and great nieces and great nephew, Kavari and Xaeli Brann and Alexis and Beckett Tassoul.

A celebration of his life is being planned for a later date.

Casperson Funeral Home is assisting the family with private funeral arrangements and burial at the Baileys Harbor cemetery.

Heartfelt thanks to the caregivers at the Algoma Long Term Care Center. They made “Hollywood” feel special and loved.
