Obituary: Katharine (Katy) Helen Ostrander

Katharine (Katy) Helen Ostrander, 94, died in Newport, Rhode Island. She was a lifelong devotee of Door County. She spent as much of her summertime as possible at her cottage in Ephraim.  

She is survived by son Robert Ostrander, daughter-in-law Jennifer Ostrander, two grandchildren, and many devoted nieces and nephews. Her son David Ostrander died in 2003.

Katy’s friends are invited to a celebration of her life at the home of Laird and Kathie Hart, 10403 N. Orchard Road in Ephraim, on Sunday, June 30, 2-4 p.m.
