Obituary: Leona H. Telfer

Leona H. Telfer, 95, was born to George and Charlotte Schultz and was raised in the German settlement between Sister Bay and Baileys Harbor. She died with her family by her side, Dec. 21, 2015. She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband Gerald Voight, husband Sidney Telfer Jr., a step-daughter Kathy Truslow, four brothers, one sister and one great granddaughter Alexis Voight. Memorials may be made to Good Samaritan Scandia Village or Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church in her name.
