OBITUARY: Nathaniel “Nate” Grosbeier

Nathaniel “Nate” Grosbeier, 25, of Brussels, died Dec. 18, 2018.  He was born April 28, 1993 to Thomas and April (Servaes) Grosbeier. He graduated from Southern Door High School in 2011.

Nate was currently employed as a carpenter for Buhr Construction. He loved wood working projects, loud trucks and working on his mustang.  Nate also enjoyed UTV and Razor Riding up north.

Survivors include three children; Rylee, Sophia and Mason; his significant other Grace Ferron;  parents, Tom and April Grosbeier; siblings, Nicholas Grosbeier, Nevin Grosbeier (Emma Treichel) and their children, Nate’s godchild Blaidyn and Bexley; Abbigayle Grosbeier (significant other Jordan Annoye), all of Brussels; maternal grandparents Pete and Gayla Wagner, Maplewood; paternal grandparents, Wayne and Sharon Grosbeier, Algoma; godparents David Grosbeier and Jenelle Christen; aunts, uncles, cousins and his dog Lilli. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter Evangeline and a special friend Katie.

A memorial service will be conducted at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Kolberg at 11 am. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018 with the Rev. Curt Grube officiating.  Friends may call at the Forbes Funeral Home on Friday from 3-8 pm and at the church on Saturday from 10 am until the time of service.
