Russell Hans Feld, age 63 of rural Cleveland, WI., died peacefully on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 surrounded by his family after a two year battle with cancer at his home.

Rusty Feld was born on April 16, 1959 to Marlin Hans and the late Sonja Feld in Hudson Wisconsin. Rusty grew up near Forestville Wisconsin and graduated from Southern Door High School in 1977. Rusty was skilled in a variety of trades. He worked in the construction business for several years before he started his own auto body shop in Sturgeon Bay. In the early 1990’s, he moved to Green Bay and began a career in metal fabrication, first at Gremar Metal Industries Inc. and then, for the last 15 plus years, at Robinson Metal, Inc..
He married Maxine (Popp) Orth on August 4, 2018. Rusty introduced Max to fishing, UTV’ing and the UP. Although only together for 7 short years, they enjoy so many fun times together. Memories of their adventures together will remain in Max’s heart forever.

Rusty was an all-around family man. He loved being around the grandchildren. His oldest grandson Coltyn spent many hours following Papa around the yard and workshop. He loved showing people pictures and videos of his younger grandchildren, Rylan, Scarlett and Parker.

Rusty was known as a person with many admired talents. He was a skilled woodworker as evidence by numerous lovely pieces of furniture displayed in family member’s homes. He had a green thumb and had a great eye for landscaping. Rusty was able to weld together a lawnmower from scrap metal pieces and fabricate his own stove top. Rusty enjoyed retreating to the Upper Peninsula when time allowed.

Rusty is survived by his loving wife Maxine; his daughters, Ashtyn Feld (Kevin Deneys), and Kahner (Joe) Domke; his father Marlin Hans Feld and his wife Nancy; Max’s children, Joel (Stacy) Orth, Jacqueline (Chris St.Pierre) Orth, Nicholas Orth and Steven (Laura) Orth; grandchildren, Coltyn, Rylan, Scarlett, Parker, Kate, Tyson, Violet and Charlie; Rusty’s siblings, Julie Feld (Bernie Vondrachek), Tom (Judy) Feld and Sara Feld; Max’s siblings, Patricia (Jerry) Moehn, Susan (Judd) Vollmer, Fred (Rose) Popp, Kathleen (Jerry)Theel, Peter (Sue) Popp, Greg (Shirley) Popp, Nancy Robers, and Rachel (Paul) Ancioux.
