Obituary: Timothy “Tim” Thomas Zorn

June 1, 1939 ~ April 8, 2023

Timothy “Tim” Thomas Zorn, age 83 of Sturgeon Bay, passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023, with his beloved wife, Ren’ee by his side.  Tim was born on June 1, 1939, to the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Cameron) Zorn in Hudson, Wisconsin.   He graduated from Hudson High School.  Tim enlisted and proudly served his country in the National Guard.  On October 23, 1987, he was united in marriage to Ren’ee Diedrich in Oshkosh, WI.

Tim loved being out and about, and spending time with his wife, Ren’ee.  He enjoyed taking long walks and bike rides while listening to his favorite radio and music.  More than anything, he simply loved communicating with others in the community while he made his way around town.  For a number of years, Tim enjoyed vacationing in Marco Island, Florida, where he and Ren’ee would spend some time during the cold Wisconsin winters.  In recent years, he took pleasure in visiting with his stepson Cj, daughter-in-law Rosie, and their two children Harry and Mollie….and their pup, Odie, who he adored.  After Tim retired from a 32-year career at Andersen Windows, he and Ren’ee decided to spend their days together in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin.   This is where he spent and enjoyed the last 20 years of life.  He embraced the Door County lifestyle and was fortunate to have had so many full years of life and leisure after his impressive career at Andersen Windows. 

Tim is survived by: his wife Ren’ee and one stepson, Cj (Rosie) Diedrich and their children, Harry and Mollie.
