Obituary: Todd Leonard Krueger

Todd Leonard Krueger, 54, Forestville, died on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI with family by his side.

Todd was born on November 21, 1968, to Don and Carol (Schley) Krueger.  He was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Forestville, WI and graduated from Southern Door High School in 1987.  Todd spent most of his career working with his Dad building houses before starting his own home construction business after Don retired.  The last house that he built was for his own family in Luxemburg, WI.

On February 27, 1999, Todd was united in marriage to Janice Lenth.  To this union was born one daughter, Katie.

Todd loved fixing things, mowing the lawn, and watching sci-fi movies.  He will be remembered for his kind heart, his quick wit, and his willingness to help others whenever needed.

He is survived by Janice, his daughter, Katie Krueger of Luxemburg, WI; his father, Don Krueger, Forestville, WI; two aunts, Nila Schley, Forestville, WI and Carol Krueger, Kewaunee, WI; and three cousins who were like his sisters and brother to him, Stacy Leonard, Medford, WI, Mike Schley, Forestville, WI, and Shelly VanDenBogart, Mayville, WI.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Krueger.

Friends may call between 9:00 and 10:45 am on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at St. John Lutheran Church, Luxemburg.  Funeral service 11:00 am with Rev. Carl Brewer officiating.  Burial in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Forestville.
