Open Door Bird Sanctuary (ODBS) is holding its first spring-break camp March 20-24, 10 am – 2 pm, as a way to get more children outside and connected to nature.
Parents or guardians may register kids ages 8-12 for one or all five days of the camp. Each day offers a different topic, but all days will include exploring the sanctuary’s 34 acres, meeting the raptors up close and creating bonds with nature.
Campers must supply their own lunch and be dressed appropriately for being outside. The cost is $30 per day or $125 for the week. Daily camp enrollment is a minimum of five children and a maximum of 12.
