Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Social at The Clearing

Join The Clearing Folk School’s friends and neighbors at the annual old-fashioned ice cream social on July 21. Sample five flavors of ice cream and one non-dairy sorbet (courtesy of the Door County Ice Cream Factory), plus all the fixings, including homemade hot fudge from The Clearing kitchen staff. This two-hour event begins at 7 pm at the Jens Jensen Visitor Center, 12171 Garrett Bay Road, Ellison Bay. The ice cream social is free and open to the public. Enjoy a cool treat with old and new friends, students and neighbors as they enjoy the patio and tree-lined path leading to the Buchholz Council Ring bonfire. The Clearing Bookstore and Gift Shop will also be open that evening.
