One Barrel Brewing Company Opens May 23

Beer enthusiasts will soon be able to raise a pint to celebrate Door County’s newest craft brewery: One Barrel Brewing Company at 4633 Market St. in Egg Harbor. It will open for business on May 23.

Founded on the east side of Madison in 2012, the brewery has become the state’s 13th-largest craft brewery, producing 5,100 barrels of beer and cider last year.

“Our Door County tap room will offer approachable craft beers like our Commuter Kolsch and Penguin Pale Ale,” said owner Peter Gentry. “We will also highlight new brands like our Up North Wisconsin Lager and Gentry’s Ciders.” Hungry? One Barrel will also feature Wild Tomato Pizza.
